Inverters
The converter or inverter is the "heart" of the PV system. The right selection, suitable sizing and cooperation with the photovoltaic modules is of crucial importance for the proper functioning of the system and for the maximum annual energy performance of the system (kWh/year). The AC inverters are suitable for both internal and external installation.
The most noticeable features of inverters are:
• The wide range of input voltage (200-750V) that allows collaboration with a wide variety of photovoltaic modules and circuit combinations.
• Excellent adaptation to the requirements of the PPC (e.g : total harmonic distortion THD <3%, which means that the default limits of inverter-converter for photovoltaic belong to the range of permitted values of PPC and is even smaller in absolute value from the extreme points set by the PPC).
• Specific monitoring system of PPC network for the reliable deactivation in case of disconnection from PPC (islanding phenomenon prevention, in other words this system measures through the complex reaction of the network, Z, networks condition regardless of the situation in other adjacent RES units) and
• Yields up to 98% for inverters without transformer and up to 97% for central inverters.
• Available in single-phase and three phase models depending on the application.
All inverters can be combined with a wide range of different devices for the surveillance of the facility. From the surveillance system, that relies on wireless communication, to the system for the diagnosis and maintenance via the internet from any computer around the world.
